1. No items can be removed until payment is received IN FULL by BTD Industries Inc. Auction Group. You must have a PAID IN FULL invoice before any removal can begin – NO EXCEPTIONS.

​

2. No items can be removed during the auction.

​

3. Buyers are required to ensure the removal of their purchased items safely and within the deadline outlined for that sale. Failure to do so can result in fines and/or abandonment of lots with no further recourse.

​

4. All items removed must be verified by signature on our site invoice by the buyer or a representative.

​

5. BTD Industries Inc. associates are not required to prep, move, load or pack your items. Please come prepared. If you require a quote for packing/palletizing etc. please contact: Ryon Day at (226)-234-7800 or email: ryon@btdindustries.ca

6. Valid insurance coverage evidencing at least $5,000,000 including workers compensation is required to be provided to BTD Industries Inc. by any Riggers prior to them beginning work onsite.

7. As a courtesy to our buyers we often provide contact for Riggers that have worked on our sites before. BTD Industries Inc. Auction Group is in no way responsible for any damages or issues incurred by such companies.

​

8. We ask all our Buyers and Riggers to always maintain a safe and professional work environment and leave work areas clean upon completion removal.

​

9. Removal times are typically weekdays between 8am and 4pm but will be posted ahead of each individual sale.

​

10. Coordinating the removal of all items purchased and all associated costs are solely the responsibility of the buyer.

​

11. If applicable, items must be safely and properly disconnected from electrical, gas, water and/or air lines by a licensed professional, conforming to all safety and professional standards/codes. Any floor bolts must be sheared flush to the floor. Safety barriers must be erected around existing pits or holes in the floor. Any existing holes in roof, walls or floor must be properly and safely capped with appropriate material and weather sealant. Any property damage caused by removal must be repaired. The work area is required to be left in a clean and orderly condition with no debris remaining. Removal must be conducted safely under the supervision of the Auctioneers staff members (if applicable) or another premises representative. Any unsafe removal work will be stopped immediately at the Buyer’s expense.

The following are the Removal Procedures, Terms and Conditions that all BTD Industries Inc. Auction Group buyers will adhere to for the removal of all purchases on our sites:

Please remember that as a Buyer you will be held liable for the conduct of any person/s or companies hired by you on site, including but not limited to workers, associates, movers and riggers. With this in mind, we require you to ensure you provide them with a copy of the above terms, conditions and procedures.
